Hey, I’m Oksana. And I know what it’s like to wake up one day and realise you’re living a life that looks right — but doesn’t actually feel like yours.
For years, I followed the version of success I was taught to want. A high-paying corporate job. A life that looked good on paper. From the outside, everything made sense.
Inside, I felt disconnected, restless, and unfulfilled.
I tried to fix that feeling the only way I knew how —
by doing more. Chasing new experiences, people, projects, even unhealthy coping patterns, hoping something would finally fill the gap.
Nothing did.
What I eventually realised was this: the problem wasn’t a lack of ambition or discipline. It was that my nervous system never felt safe enough to let me be myself.
Real change didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from learning how to feel safe in my body again.
When I committed to reconnecting with my true self —regulating my nervous system, softening out of survival,
and embodying the version of me that already knew what she wanted — everything began to align.
